1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and com444 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing com444 at com444.pro — whether to browse, register, deposit, bet or play — you accept these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all services offered on the com444 platform, including but not limited to the casino, slots, live casino, sports betting, cricket betting, PSL betting, promotions and any future features added to the platform. 2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration and Security

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on com444 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). com444 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, credit cards and approved mobile wallets.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. com444 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

5 Bonuses and Promotions

com444 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all com444 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated opt-in window. Expired offers cannot be retroactively applied.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly at the point of opt-in. Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering; table games, live casino and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as stated in the specific promotion terms.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on com444 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless com444 cancels the event or market due to circumstances outside normal operation.

Sports betting on com444 covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as football and esports. The following rules apply to sports betting:

• Odds are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at com444's discretion. Bets placed before a suspension are valid; bets submitted during a suspension will not be accepted.
• If a match or event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules as published in the Sports Betting section.
• com444 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including but not limited to bets accepted at obviously incorrect odds.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed in the betting interface. com444 may apply individual bet limits to specific accounts at its discretion.

Casino and live casino games are governed by the individual game rules supplied by the relevant game providers. In the event of a conflict between a game's displayed rules and the game provider's official rules, the game provider's rules take precedence. Technical malfunctions void all related plays and wagers.

7 Fair Play and Anti-Fraud Policy

com444 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent, dishonest or abusive behaviour. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and a permanent platform ban:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any tool that gives an unfair advantage.

• Systematic exploitation of software errors, game glitches or promotional structures.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions without valid cause.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

You may close your com444 account at any time by contacting support through your account dashboard. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to verification and standard withdrawal processing.

com444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

These Terms and Conditions are the complete and entire agreement between you and com444 in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings.
